This is Neela here writing a complaint against mobikwik company.I'm using mobikwik service with my registered Mobile number[protected].I was suppose to pay 129Rs on 5/7/ 2023 but I missed for one day due to some personal problem. today that is 6/7/2023 I tried paying but 400Late payment fee has been added.Is this the way of adding late payment fee.I use many other online services, for example paytm, simple technology, lazy pay, ola, uber etc none of them add late payment fee like mobikwik.for one day 300 + penalty no one does.They dont have ethics in business.I 'm completely fed up and got panic due to their attitude.Now mobikwik people have to pay me for the anxiety and stress which they caused me or ask them to waive off my late payment fee.I cant encourage their attitude of looting customers in the name of late payment fees.I will have to raise my voice with this kind of service.kindly look into the issue and resolve ASAP.
