Mobikwik — Horrible customer service | |
I had created a useless mobikwik account in 2013 with a mobile no wich i do not have the access anymore. And i have created a new mobikwik account with my new phone no and when i try to compelete the kyc everytime an error mesage comes up as USER IS LINKED WITH OTHER ACCOUNT. and doesnt let me use my new account. customer service says that they have no clue about it, , , , they have most unprofessional customer service...
