Dear Team,
Issue: On 10th March 2022 at 23.37, I added 26919 INR to my Mobikwik account wallet using my Slice credit card.
Money got deducted from my credit card but it did not add to my wallet. Did not even generate transaction id in my account. This is Big scam.
After lot of email followups i came to know that money got added in some other user's wallet.
No response from the customer care for my request 25156677 since last 20 days i raised
Transaction id 22eacb37c25fd ( This is generated in some other user's account (7337xxx012))
Date and time: 10th March 2022 at 23.37
Amount: 26919
1) Why the transaction id is not generated in my account? when i Initiated transaction in my account
2) I did not transfer money to any account wrongly, because i used "add money to my wallet" feature. Which should add money to my account wallet. How come it added money to some other user's wallet
3) My other transaction (add money to wallet) 10 minutes prior to the above one was successful.
4) I demand refund for this transaction
