Mobikwik — i am complaining about mobikwik wallet, where my amounts sent for recharge have been kept and now blocked | |||
Respected sir, I am a. Venugopalan, requesting the mobikwik wallet authority to refund my money to my bank account, the source bank. Many amounts i sent for recharge had been kept in the wallet only. The amounts are sent only for recharge and not for deposits in the wallet. Without my knowledge, it has been diverted to the wallet. Last time, urgently i tried to recharge my mobile using mobikwik paying rs.98. But, the mobile was not recharged. When deeply noticing why mobile was not recharged, i came to understand that amounts have been withheld or kept in a wallet. . When i am trying for reversal, there is also, it is blocked, i think. Now my request to the authorities is please refund my money as soon as possible.
