Mobikwik — I am unable to pay zip return

Address:60 Radha Krishna Vihar Indore

I am unable to clear dues of Zip pay account, as I am unable to use security pin and I am unable to change as well. Already raised a ticket but its been more than 24hrs no resolution.

Kindly resolve this asap, I have due date of 5th July 2021.
