Mobikwik — i paid my credit card bill through mobikwik and it was unsuccessful however amount was debited from my account

Hi sir,
I paid my credit card bill payment of 2000 rs in which 1987 from my account and 13 rs from wallet in one transaction how ever my wallet amount of 13 rs was not debited from this transaction but 1987 rs was debited from my account when i logged a complaint with mobikwik they stated this transaction was successful if this is successful i want to know why my credit card bill was not yet processed and why 13 rs from my wallet amount was not yet debited and this transaction was not shown in the history aswell i need my 1987 rs to my account please help it's more than 8 days no resolution yet provided by mobikwik for tue ticket i have raised with them

Were mobikwik claims this transaction was successful but it doesn't appear in the history but credit card bill was also not processed by them
