Mobikwik — I'm complaining about Money not being debited to my account.

Recently I have redeemed payback points on Mobikwik and they have been debited from my payback account but not credited to my wallet.So I have submitted a complaint ticket to Mobikwik on April 2nd but they have not responded and I have also contacted Payback customer care and they have stated that "2500 Points have been debited at Mobikwik and I would have to contact Mobikwik as it is Fault on Mobikwik side" and I have been waiting for response. For reference the Mobikwik ticket no is "6271050" and transaction numbers for Payback are "[protected]" and "[protected]".
Please resolve my Issue ASAP.

I am very unhappy with mobikwik as i recharged my JIO([protected]) number on 31th March but never got successful and i am trying to contact mobikwik customer care multiple times and till date no one is bothered to reply and fix the issue with it.

Mobikwik is a fraud ...fraud...
not doo any types of transaction through this app i request to you all's?... fraud...

Dear Team,
Plz response the issue, , , I have already sending the mail in your fraud section...Last night 31st March 2017 is 900/- debited in my h.d.f.c bank ...But still now pending the issue not showing the wallet balance ... Already attached the my bank statements & my photo id
