Mobikwik — Imposing the penalty of 32% and compound interest

My name is Santhosh Vinayaka, I am using zip pay later of Rs 2500 in this app and utilised the amount of 1900 rs, last date for bill payment was 5th May and i tried to pay the due amount but due to bank server down i could not make the payment, so i raised a request to mobikwik due to server down I could not complete the payment but they suddenly charged 32% penalty and imposed compound interest for bot penalty and principle amount for every 15 days they doubling the amount, I requested to waive off the penalty, Since we are dependent on technology when something goes wrong with server .what can a common people can do, even RBI should look into this issue.
