Mobikwik — IMPS transfer is in pending state / not received in bank please help

I wanted to transfer my money from the wallet to my bank account so I did but it didn't reflect in my bank account, and I recieved a mail too that my transanction is completed and the money is been transferred to my bank account but it isn't transferred, and its in pending state, please resolve this issue

And my wallet balance is also 0 even if the transaction is not completed
