Mobikwik — Irctc Refund not credited to wallet

Hi Mobikwik,

I have tried booking Irctc ticket through Mobikwik wallet. The transaction has failed, and irctc has refunded the amount. But i cant see the amount in my mobikwik wallet.

Not sure, why do i have to come to file a consumer care complaint for refunds. Where is your customer care team? how to reach them?

Sorry to say but I am extremely unhappy with how the matter has been dealt.
