Mobikwik — irctc refund status | |||
Hello zaakpay, This is br gskp from karnataka. I cancelled the irctc ticket that i booked on 7th march 2019 which is of 431 rs. I contacted irctc customer care service in which they said it will be refunded within week of transaction. As they said they refunded but i didn't got my money back. I transacted with mobikwik which is such a # they received the amount from irctc but they didn't refunded to my account. This is such a shame for your company for eating people hard earned money. Please refund my money. Here are some messages regarding my query Bank name : zaakpay pg Bank reference id : zp5838079e2511e Please please i'm requesting you to refund my amount.
