Mobikwik — issue about primary number

I have an mobikwik account remaining 320 balance in this account. I can't any recharge in any number. I want add my primary number or want to receive OTP password in register email address because I have lost my registered mb number. so I can't success any recharge in my mobile number. Many times I tried to call mobikwik customer service but no any reply got said issue

In my account having 2400 since dec 2016 but I unable to used this because it's every time gave the massage as your primary number not added but no resolution how I can I add my primary number. Pl resolve
