Mobikwik — Loan account related to Zip

Since a long there is no Zip facilities in Mobikwik. The Zip section is showing wrong information. All the Zip dues were paid on or before the due date. I had requested Mobikwik team to close the loan account in CIBIL and other credit reports, if any. They said it will be closed within 45 days. Now it's more than 60 days, the loan account is not yet closed. Doing lot of timepass everytime I ask about it... It's been many months I am requesting about the same. It's really frustrating. They even don't have any email id where one make complaints. Only the available platform is the application itself, where they create ticket, give some baseless replies and close the ticket without any proper solution!!
