Mobikwik — Loan still not updated as closed

I have made the loan payment on 31st and even after waiting for 10 days the loan is still showing active .. if you can’t provide services as per the market standard then please don’t fool us by giving incorrect information .. I have spoken to 10 people from your customer service I have got no proper response … no one respons on the chat … please help me get the loan updated

I have paid the full balance is still it is not updating as close I have spoken to Fullerton india they have advised they take 7-8 calendar days today is 10th day …

Kindly help me with the loan status please as this is really not a good experience … I spoke with Fullerton india they said mobikwik should have never shared the direct link to pay off the loan as they don’t have the option .. and I received a link from your end payment was accepted on 31st and now no one is even bothering to reply neither on the app nor on calls ..
