[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Looted my money(249 rs) by showing outdated recharge pack for bsnl

Hi,
I have done a mobile recharge of rs 249 rs in mobikwik application, in the application I can see the recharge successful message however my mobile recharge is not yet done. When I checked with support in mobikwik, their autogenerated message suggested me to get in touch with bsnl operator with invoice details however bsnl operator told they don't have any recharge pack with rs 249, it is outdated. However mobikwik still have this in their recahrge amount list so that they can run a scam and loot people. Not all are proactive and know how system works . I am scared if they have many recahrge packs like this which were outdated and customer did the recharge and lost their money . And with this kind of scam probably mobikwik would have earner so much of money. And this people don't respond to email and chat so cyber angle should be considered for this company as I have seen many complaints where people lost a lot of money and with these. Kind of scams they are running their business. Even my hard earned 249 rs is gone now.

It's my sincere request to consumer forum inorder to address this concern to save more people. Your little help and proactiveness will save 1000s of customers please.

The need help option is just a hell. However I emailed to the customer care and they took some time but they replied and updated me that they have already escalated to the concerned team. Got notification in the application too tyat my transaction failed and they credited my money. Thanks for your help. I would suggest mobikwik team to enhance their application up to date so that custs will not face these sort of issues.
