Mobikwik — Mobikwik - 6540 Rupees deducted from my Credit card but have not recieved amount in mobikwik account

I have made payment of 6540 to recharge mobikwik account but my account amount is not updated and balance from my credit card is deducted. They are cheating and fooling the people.veryn worst online recharge website.I dont know why they put my amount as hold one.moreover there is no customer care number to check the status of payment and account balance in wallet.
