Mobikwik — Mobikwik cheating customers by denying previously promised promo cashback | |||||
I am using a single Mobikwik account. I have no other Mobikwik account and used it on a single mobile handset. I accessed my account through my computer apart from my mobile. I read all terms and conditions and I met all of them. Mobikwik app was pre-installed in my Lumia 640 handset. I sign up for Mobikwik which makes me eligible for using promo code LUM300 for 12 months. After availing the offer for 3 months on 4th month when I try to use the code it displayed invalid code massage. When I contacted Mobikwik customer care they told me to update app and try again. My app was updated already but I try again and same result. I contacted them again and they responded saying it will be resolved with 24-48 hours. But there was no response from them. I have to create another ticket addressing it to get their response. After much delay on 28th November they told me I was ineligible for the offer because I have try to use the code from different accounts and devices which was totally wrong. Please make sure that I can use the promo cashback again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
