Mobikwik — Mobikwik Deducted 3700rs from wallet without my premission by Fraud. Mobikwik Cheated us

Hi.We have done multiple purchase on shopclue on 29th march using mobikwik wallet from 1pm - 7pm. Whenever we were paying for an order, mobikwik was showing we will get 100% cash back upto max 100/- for each order. So, I went ahead and placed multiple orders till 7pm and earned cash back. But on next day on 30th March, mobikwik deducted ~2200/- from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and 1500/- from my wife account ([protected]@yahoo.com), and sent an "OOPS" email that there was a "Technical Glitch" due to which we were getting cash back before 6pm too, and actual offer was from 6pm-7pm transactions. Now, HOW THEY CAN DEDUCT MONEY FROM A MONEY WALLET WITHOUT MY PREMISSION. If I am not wrong, PSS Act2007 says money cannot be deducted without user premission. Second, if there was a technical glitch then why should I pay for their mistake. I have lost 2200/- + 1500/-=3700/- due to this. I would like to point out that we have the invoice for all the items and all the invoices generated from mobikwik website saying that the money has been refunded in my account. MK have no legal right or standing in which MK can make a mockery of a consumer and use my hard earned money as per mobikwik will and wishes. This is a mistake with mobikwik campaign, MK promotion scheme, MK people and hence MK can?t just ?OOPs? it away and take back my money. This is unethical. And we will drag MK to the consumer court for the same. Who is MK to sweeten it by 10% or 5%. Take this penny away and refund our entire amount. This is not a banana republic and we are not uneducated consumers who can be taken for a ride. MK should accept mistake and pay up for it. MK should know the power of media and let me completely assure MK that my frnz n I will leave no stone un turned in approaching them. on 30th march 2015 I have contacted their customer care and they came back saying its a technical glitch and they are sorry for that but they did not refund my money. Why should one end user like me has to pay for their mistake. If there was no 100rs cahsback offer, why we should do shopping. But they made us fool by first giving cashback and then taking back. Any wallet company cannot deduct money without our permission. It was not just us but many people have lost their money.Since its a small amount for them, they might be thinking no one would care to complain. Please look into this issue. I already raised 3 tickets, sent email to their nodal officer, written on facebook and twitter..But everytime same copy paste answer of "Technical glitch"..Why they are not getting that if there was no 100% cashback offer, then why should we place multiple order. And why we should pay for their mistake. They might come back to you too that this was a technical glitch. If so, then pleae help me to file a case in consumer court against Mobikwik. We will not let mobikwik run away with our money, period. Also I tried to contact RBI, but RBI is saying they dont govern mobikwik, while on mobikwik "About" website page, it is clearly written that they got licence from RBI and operate under RBI guidlines. So even RBI refused to intervene. Really disappointed. Waiting for positive reply. Thanks in advance.
