Mobikwik — Mobikwik disabled my account and wallet balance deducted

I am using mobikwik since past 2 years. From April 1, 2017 whenever I am trying to login, its saying as "user is dsabled". I think that Mobikwik disabled my account and deducted my wallet balance due to inactivity.. My account is linked to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I request you to help in this matter and restore my wallet balance and also to enable my account so that I can use my balance. Thank you.
