Mobikwik — Mobikwik Extra repayment issue resolution

Subject: Money Blocked in Mobikwik XTRA

Dear Sir,

Kindly note that my money is blocked in my Mobikwik EXTRA a/c.
I am being repaid at irregular intervals and in small amounts like 82, 118, 176, 100 etc.

I have written mails to [protected]@mobikwik.com, earlier in this regards in June & July 2026 to provide the complete repayment statement and arrange for closure and complete withdrawal of my balance amount. Resolution is awaited.

Contacted customer service representative and learnt that there is no schedule for repayment and it is left to the mercy of borrower.

This is to appraise you of the unethical business practice of Mobikwik and many investors might financially impacted.
