Mobikwik — mobikwik fraud & failed transaction

I transfer money credit card to bank account but money not received in bank account fist i transfer small then i transfer 20, 000 with 814₹ gst transfer charges but money not received in bank account please mobikwik refund i am student

Transaction - please i'm not showing bcz security reasons
I transfer credit card to bank account first i transfer 100₹, 1₹, 1000, small transaction successful then i transfer 20, 814 ₹ but money not received account but money deducted from card
If refund successful then i will use mobikwik wallet if not then i will uninstall this and never install again and i complaint everywhere
