I have never used or associated myself with a Mobikwik wallet in any way, and yet, I have suddenly found myself at the center of a relentless and alarming situation. For the past 1 month, I have been incessantly receiving calls and messages claiming that I have an outstanding balance to be paid within the Mobikwik platform. These communications, I believe, are a part of a fraudulent and unwarranted activity.
The level of harassment I have endured due to this fraudulent activity is beyond tolerable. Every day, without fail, I receive automated calls and messages, each one adding to my distress. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, the situation remains unresolved and continues to escalate.
I attempted to seek assistance from Mobikwik's customer service by calling[protected]. However, I was advised by their representatives to send this email to "[protected]@mobikwik.com" as the appropriate channel to address this matter. Please treat this email as my formal escalation of the issue to the highest authority within Mobikwik.
I kindly request, in the strongest terms possible, that Mobikwik takes immediate and decisive action to:
Halt all automated calls and messages related to this fraudulent Mobikwik account immediately.
Investigate the fraudulent activity associated with my name and contact details.
Communicate the resolution of this matter to me in a timely and transparent manner.
I emphasize that I have never used Mobikwik for claimed charges, the account was probably opened long back while buying Bitcoin and that was the only transaction long back. I don't even remember the login details. This situation is causing me severe distress, and it is essential that it is rectified without any further delay.
I have not received any response to my multiple emails with cyber crime complaint report, screenshots of threatening messages, numbers etc. not sure if anyone is looking into this at all?
