Mobikwik — Mobikwik is adding interest on the fraud transaction happened which impact my Cibil

There is a fraud happened on 18.08.2023 at 16:10 hours received an IVR call from Mobikwik stating some one is trying to logging to my account from an other mobile and to stop the transaction please press 1 followed by the OTP. After doing that from my Mobikwik ZIp account 54998/- is deducted. Immediately, I have raised a cyber compliant : [protected] also an FIR is raised. FIR number: 784/2023 under the Acts & Sections(s) 420 IPC, 66D ITA Act-2008, Date:[protected].

Also on the same day i even sent an email to Mobikwik [protected]@mobikwik.com and also share them the FIR copy but there is no reply from Mobikwik and i tried reaching them multiple times to talk to supervisors and no one is able to help me.

Now the Mobikiwk team keep sending the messages to pay the bill and now they added the Interest as well and asking me to pay the bill 57211. When an on going investigation is going on they are asking me to pay the bill. I have called them multiple times and they are asking me to pay the bill now and they will revert back the money once it is credited back. I want to File a compliant on Mobikwik because it is impacting my Cibil.
