I bought a product on Flipkart with MobiKwik American Express Blue Card on 16th December 2021.
Amount of transaction was Rs. 1396
After some time I cancelled my product order and Flipkart transferred the refund amount to card and provided me bank reference number.
But MobiKwik not crediting my refund and after filling complain they just trying to making me fool and not raising Chargeback request. Even they are not giving me any reference number related to refund related queries.
I am not able to reply on there complain ticket. It seems that they are silently doing fraud with some customers.
