Mobikwik — Mobikwik-request to unblock my mobikwik wallet[resolved]

I opened newly mobikwik Acount through Mobile number with OTP, my wallet number is [protected]. I'm facing login problem, my wallet is blocked, user is disabled, so I request to unblock my mobikwik wallet as early as possible, my wallet balance 11000/- added[protected].

Dear sir,
I have to pay bill in Vodafone no.[protected] via Mobikwik but still my bill show unpaid and I can't get money back in wallet.so kindly request to you pl give me confirmation about bill payment as soon as possible
