Mobikwik — Mobikwik zip pay amount over penalty charges

Dear sir/ Madam
I am used mobikwik zip pay amount is 927. I am unable to pay the bill date because covid issue on the time, i have no money to pay the amount. After some days mobikwik app increased the penalty charges too much interest and over charges. I am ready to pay the used principle amount 927. Please consider my request
