Mobikwik — money actually not debited (rs. 5780) to be refunded to my wallet

I once again request you to kindly re-check the transaction ID - MK[protected] against Customer ID [protected] dt. 30.6.2019 for a false payment of Rs. 5780. Non receipt of the same by CESC.co. has been confirmed by their electronically generated link-that was shared with you. The link is shared again for your perusal

It is yet surprising to see that Ticket No 11528634 is shown to have been resolved. How was it resolved ? Why the customer (complainant) be not informed about the steps that been been taken to set the dispute at rest ? Neither the money was refunded nor any communication made by M/s mobikwik.com to satisfy the customer - nor any electronic message was forwarded to establish that the amount (Rs. 5780) was credited against Customer ID [protected] to CESC Co.
I am keeping a track record of all these malafide statements to show the case as "RESOLVED" -without ever caring to do so and keeping the customer informed.'
Please do the needful by the earliest and arrange to refund the amount into my wallet. My account, that was kept suspended for the sake of enquiry against the Ticket No 11528634, may please be activated.
