Hello,
Two days back i was paying my electricity bill of rs 3720 through mobikwik. The money got deducted from my account but it showed transaction failure and my bill was not paid. My electricity bill is a red bill and i am already late in paying the bill. Please refund me my money by today as fine charges are getting added day by day will you pay that fine?
Also if transaction got failed waiting for 7-10 days for a huge amount is not acceptable. Also i got no revert after posting my problem when it was mentioned that i will get the reply in 24 hours.
Please try and understand that its neccessary for me to pay my bill otherwise my electricity connection will get deducted, i don't want my christmas to go without electricity at home. Its featival time and you are doing so much of delay.
