Mobikwik — Money debited but not reflected in coindcx

Money has been debited from my account but that money has not been reflected in coindcx go inr wallet and the coindcx wallet shows your transaction has been rejected from coindcx end and it was successful from bank and mobikiwik but where is my money 4000 i need my refund i paid through debit card have references number from bank adding attachments find it below

Amount deducted but not reflecting in coindcx inr wallet.they have rejected and it has been 19th days no refund i got.
