Mobikwik — Money debited using the gateway but transaction rejected and no refund received yet

I have made a transaction using mobikwik of 5088.10 on 3rd june 2021. But the transaction was rejected and the amount was debited, and its been more than 20days yet the refund is not recieved back kindly help me to figure it out
