Mobikwik — Money deducted and added in Zip | |
Hi I had to add Rs 2000 to the wallet of Coin DCX Go and selected Mobikwik UPI option. And I tried to add Rs 2000 to Mobikwik wallet but Rs 2079 was deducted from my bank account and Rs 2000 got added as Mobikwik Zip which I am not able to use. Also, what I understand that Mobikwik Zip account gives advance amount to it's consumers but this Rs 2000 that got added is my money that got deducted. Please resolve the issue.
