[Resolved] Mobikwik — Money deducted but payment not done to merchant(MSEB) | |||
Hi I had made a transaction on mobikwik using my wallet for payment towards electricity bill. Despite the amount of Rs 1100 being deducted from my wallet, my bill status is still unpaid which means the merchant(MSEB) hasn't received the payment. All mails and tickets raised seem to go in vain. Request you to refund my amount of Rs 1100 back into my wallet immediately. My transaction ref no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
