Mobikwik — Money deducted but transactions failed at merchant

I used blue card of mobikwik to pay at amazon merchant, money deducted from the card but transaction declined to amazon. It was an order of rs. 545 on[protected] at 6:48pm. There's no option to talk to executives, on contact number they always say no executives available for today. There's no email address anywhere to send details about this and the file attachment pin icon is blur and not working on app,
