Mobikwik — money deducted credit card but not received | |||
Hello consumer complaints This is sandeep kumar pal from ghaziabad. Today i am making a complaint for unauthorised transactions made by mobikwik last sunday from my credit card I took money from credit card in my bank account but the money has been deducted from the credit card and has not come to the bank account yet after which i am having a lot of trouble To get reimbursement i tried to contact them by phone calls and mails but got no response. Moreover i also tried to write the matter to customer support assistant in help and support @mobikwik whereas they gave me a ticket id 13947358 and said to wait for 24 hrs but nothing happened till now. All in all inthe end, I want my 22375 rupees back. I think you guys will help me out in this concern. Tia. Was this information helpful? | |||
