Mobikwik — money deducted from hdfc bank account but did not credit to mobikwik

I used this app to pay my SBI credit card bill and money was deducted in my HDFC account and the amount was not showing in the credit card its been 24 hours and still there is no transaction showing the amount deducted in the app but the money got deducted and its showing in the bank account is this some kind of new fraud and when will i receive my money i don't find anything any source on app to complain or reach to customer care. Is this the way to maintain a wallet app
