Mobikwik — Money deducted from my account however not received in my mobikwik wallet

Dear team,

I had added 1017 rupees through my debit card and i got only 651 rupees in my mobikwik wallet even though i have requested many time to mobikwik customer care however no one replied yet. Its ridiculous.
Requesting to you, do the needful as i want my remaining amount in my wallet at earliest.

Invoice is attached for your reference and action.
