Mobikwik — Money deducted from my bank account, but not yet credited into the mobikwik wallet | |||||
I have added an amount of rs 1050 to the wallet and got the confirmation mail for the as well. When i checked the money in the wallet, it is showing zero balance. Transaction id for the above transaction is 54ec1de64eb40. Kindly help me in getting back my money either to my bank account or my mobikwik wallet. I have also raised a ticket to resolve the issue, but did not get any response from mobikwik team. Ticket no is # 646904. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
