Mobikwik — money deducted from my wallet without any reason | |||||
On march 14, 2017 i added inr 5000 in my mobikwik wallet linked to mobile no [protected]. But, only rs 1 was added in my wallet. In history, it shows inr 5000 added successfully and in next transaction it shows "wallet debit against bank transfer recovery" and inr 4999 is deducted from the wallet. There is no invoice or detail of this transaction. I've tried contacting customer care but so far i haven't got any response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

During recharge the money was deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Please refund my money as soon as possible within 3 days. Even during recharge there is no slow connection the app needs to be improved.
