Mobikwik — Money Deducted from wallet but no cell recharge

I had 283 rupees in my wallet .. I tried recharging mobile ..but was unsuccessful for consecutive 3 to 4 attempts.. When I checked the wallet it is showing only 16 rupees left and in transaction history also not showing any transactions made.. .. I raised ticket 2-3 times. but no refund is done till time..and moreover I am not able to raise more query tickets.. I kindly request authorities to refund the amount ASAP.
