Mobikwik — Money Deducted, recharge not received, money never came back | |||
I recharged my phone using the wallet balance through Mobikwik for Rs 250 1st Feb 2015 (Transaction Id [protected]). I didn't receive the recharge and it has been more than a week and I have not got my money back. I filed a ticket to report this, However, after 3 days a message came that the ticket has been resolved, however money was still not refunded. Such kind of irresponsible behavior is intolerable. I would never recommend anyone to use MobiKwik. Instead go for other recharge services. Mobikwik is Crap Was this information helpful? | |||
