Mobikwik — Money Deducted twice When paying electricity bill | |||||
My money was deducted twice after making payment for my ebill. At first it showed transaction not successsful then it got debited twice. I request you to please refund my amount as i have attached the bank screenshot as well as the mobikwik screenshot. I do not know what kind of service is being provided. it is showing in the wallet that only once deducted and here i have the bank statement from'ZAAK service providers' of mibkwik that it got deducted twice.
