Mobikwik — Money got deducted not credited back to bank | |
I paid electricity bill using mobikwik. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted. They haven't credited back the amount. It's been 2 months. I reached out to their help but they are not sharing the utr number. I have checked with my bank, but without the utr number they couldn't help. 2400 Rupees has been debited from my account and its not credited back.
