Hi,
I have done the wallet to bank transfer from MobiKwik on September 12th 2021 but the money is in pending status
The same day I raised the complaint in MobiKwik app but they replied saying it takes 5-7 working days but issue is not resolved.
Again I reached out to the customer care they said it’ will be done with in one day but not happend.
Again I called the customer service they said it takes more 3 days but nothing happend .
And I called the customer care they are saying it is going to take 7-10 working days.
This is really giving me lot of pain to deal with MobiKwik .
