Mobikwik — Money not added to wallet but debited from ICICI account

Hi, I had made three transactions on May 5th 2015 to add money to my Mobikwik wallet, but money got added to my wallet for only two of them. It seems one transaction for Rs 223.47 was not processed correctly and the money has not been refunded to my ICICI bank account as well. Here are the transaction details: Transaction Ref no. from ICICI bank Amount Zp14d22a579c0 Rs223.47 zp14d22a64383 Rs223.47 zp14d22afb88d Rs225 My Registered Email Address: [protected]@yahoo.co.in Phone Number:[protected] I have already raised a ticket on mobikwik website on May 29th, 2015 (Ticket #2724408) but have not received any response as yet. Please do the needful to issue a refund of Rs 223.47 to my ICICI bank account immediately. Thank you! Regards, Rajat
