Mobikwik — money not getting added into mobikwik account

hi, I have made the transaction of 9k to mobikwik account. Although my bank account hs been charged with the amount, its not showing into mobikwik account. what is the issue here. after reading all the reviews and complaints about mobikwik I am little worried about my money as its not a small amount. Thanks.
