Mobikwik — money not transfered

Dear sir my emai is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected]. On 4/10/14, I added money of rs 1500 two times from my bank card but only 1500 rs was added and from my bank account 3000rs wad gone so I request you to refund my amount of rs 1500 . Thank you.
