Transferred money on 5th February, 2019 from one account to another account on Mobikwik. Two transactions failed. The app informs payment done but the money is NOT credited in the respective account. Hi Team, My mob number is [protected] which is registered on Mobikwik. Today I seen that Rs. 5000 Showing Paid on 1st feb 2019 to Zingoy, which was not done by me. & I surprised that I have not received any otp from Mobikwik..
Mobikwik dont have Contact Number & every time No reponse on email
