On nov 5 i started to use mobikwik through flipkart health plus app to buy medicines for my mother. after completing my kyc processes i buyed medicine and chooses mobikwik zip option to pay amount. its like pay by mobikwik and we will get 10 days to repay the amount back to mobikwik. so its paid and medicines booked. then i went to mobikwik app remaining process like update profile and adding bank.
Before that i used mobikwik 5 years before ie 2017 and i uninstalled the app because of poor services and also cheated me by debiting some small amount. so this time when i tried to pay the used amount that is rs 2196/-, i have to enter security pin.. so i entered lot of times because i didnt my old password, its been 5 years. and there is option to rest but its not working..so through app i booked a service request or ticket number 446128. they replied to me upload a identity proof with self attested and also self attested copy of bank statement highlighting latest and money transaction which i used. i uploaded my self attested identity proof, but i dont have details of last transaction which i done in mobikwik and which bank also. i checked my last transaction details which i done 2017 in the app.. it shows the small details but not opening fully. i replied in the service request ticket.. but no response till now. i even mailed to nodal officer ([protected]@mobikwik.com). they reply like robot or saved mail which is using for everyone to reply . the message which i received on my app while booked service request.
So i have only 8 days left to pay the amount other wise i have to pay even interest. so please help us to solve this problem asap. i am complaining here because i heard about this from my friend. Hope i will get justice soon and my account security pin will be reset and i can use the app again . my mobikwik account is on this number [protected] Was this information helpful? |
