I wanted to recharge my R-wallet o[censored]TS app on 14 Jan 2023. But unfortunately my account has been debited by Rs. 100/- but till date has not been credited to my wallet. I have already launched two complains through Rail Madad but they could not solve this. next time I also registered a complain in my bank, but they replied that please contact to your merchant also. So, now I am hopeless about that matter. UTS transaction history show that the money has been processing.
