Mobikwik — my balance is not created in my wallet

I am add Rs 50 in my account wallet but Rs 50 is not show in my wallet, even it is not showing in transaction history . In transaction history it is showing the details of adding rupees 50 but not show my wallet . It is clearly visible that there is some issue. So please solve the issue.
